George Clarke, born in Sunderland in May 1974, is an architect and television presenter known for his passion for architecture and design. From an early age, Clarke knew he wanted to be an architect, influenced by his grandfathers who were builders. At 16, he started working for an architect based in Washington. He completed a BTEC in Construction and Building at Wearside College before studying Architecture at Newcastle University.
